We develop solutions for organic (95/5) suitable, halal, kosher and vegan products and provide all-in-one solution. We also provide accurate recommendations for intensity and performance in different applications to facilitate faster and smoother product development for our customers.

Sugar reduction is a mainstream trend that influences all product categories. Not only do consumer have increasingly negative perception of sugary products, but many countries also continue to implement sugar taxes and stricter requirements for labelling of sweet products. Therefore, confectionary products must balance between nutritional concerns and flavour. Regardless of health value, if a product performs poorly on flavour, consumers won’t buy it again.

We continuously work on exciting new flavours for chocolate and sugary products.
