Over 1 hundred years ago our founder Einar Willumsen was a successful pharmacist in Copenhagen, who soon realized that the lemon extracts he produced were of the quality required for making food and drinks taste great.
He took his science background and tailored these extracts to meet the needs of an entirely new consumer group – something we still do to this day and celebrate when art and science meet!
