    Processed Cream Cheese

    Recombined cream cheese, including our EW Smart Dairy Systems, delivers a taste comparable to top brands made from fresh milk and fermentation. Using an advanced recombined formulation ensures consistent quality, efficient production, and a stable supply of raw materials. Direct acidification streamlines the process, while up to 65% butter replacement with vegetable oil significantly reduces recipe costs without sacrificing flavour.

    Cheddar Cream Cheese

    Our organic recombined cheddar cream cheese combines a balanced cheddar flavour with the benefits of organic ingredients. A 65% butter replacement reduces costs significantly, while replacing mature cheddar with EW Smart Dairy Systems enhances shelf life, stabilizes pricing, reduces storage costs, and simplifies production. Perfect for health-conscious consumers seeking taste, protein, and sustainability at affordable prices.

    Cheese Portions

    Cheese portions offer the same authentic taste and texture as top brands made from real cream—but with a simpler, more cost-effective process. EW Smart Dairy Systems enable direct acidification for faster production and recombined formulations for consistent quality. Up to 35% butter replacement further reduces costs without compromising flavour.

    Mozzarella

    Our recombined shredded mozzarella simplifies sourcing—no need for real mozzarella—while delivering authentic taste and aroma. It is easy to handle, bake-stable, and retains excellent melt and stretch performance. After baking, it releases the classic mozzarella aroma consumers love, making it ideal for pizza, lasagna, and other gratin dishes.

    Parmesan Block Cheese

    Our recombined parmesan block cheese replicates the authentic taste and texture of premium parmesan. It offers excellent grating performance and deep flavour, perfect for ready meals, pasta dishes, salads, and foodservice applications where grated parmesan is a key ingredient.

    Feta Cheese

    Keep the benefits of GDL acidified "feta cheese", and maintain the original taste of Feta Cheese. Is that possible?     Cheddar Tin Cheese

    Our advanced cheddar tin cheese recipe provides a powerful, authentic, and long-lasting cheddar taste. EW Smart Dairy Systems can replace the use of mature cheddar, which ensures the taste profile remains unchanged for more than a year in the tins. This product is ideal for delivering authentic cheddar taste in home cooking, and the prolonged shelf life helps reduce food waste.

    EMD Powder
